Gibraltar, UK

My family has a long history with Gibraltar.

Way back when my Grandparents and Uncle lived there. Then my Auntie and Uncle got married there, and eventually my parents did too.

I have visited Gibraltar twice. I have seen where my Grandparents lived, where my Auntie and Uncle had there wedding reception and the tiny Scottish church my parents got married in. Even so I find Gibraltar a really strange place. The idea that on the Spanish coast there still is British territory blows my mind.

Gibraltar is a tiny, tiny place and every time I have visited modernisation continues to make this country even more crowded.

Here are a couple of photos taken on the rock.
