The Gold Coast, AUS

The time I spent in Australia was soul searching for me.

During my trip up the Gold Coast, with my parents in tow, I was going through a really rocky time. My then boyfriend had broken my heart and I dropped out of my MA due to past experiences catching up with.

My parents put me on a plane to Aus to join them on a business trip and I’ve never been so grateful. The sun, the sea and the exploring took my mind of things, even if it was just for a second.

I need to get away and Australia became my safe haven for two weeks.

Here are some pictures from that emotional journey up the coast from Sydney to Brisbane.
